Signs / Graphics Fitter (Full Time) - Think Signs, Poole

The Role:

Due to continued growth and investment, we're looking for a talented and experienced

Signs & Graphics Fitter

to join our Poole-based team. This full-time position will primarily focus on the production and installation of high-quality vinyl graphics and signage. Proficiency in the application of window and wall vinyl is essential, as many of our projects demand a sharp eye and a meticulous finish.

You'll be responsible for delivering top-tier installations to our clients both locally and across the UK. While the role is signage-focused, experience across all aspects of vinyl and graphics fitting will be highly beneficial.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be experienced in signage, vinyl, and graphic installation Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work Be confident working from briefs, visuals, and technical drawings Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently when required Be self-motivated, organised, and flexible under pressure Hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable working at height Be open to travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays

Desirable Qualifications:

CSCS Card IPAF & PASMA Certification Manual handling and working-at-height awareness
This role is based at our

Poole head office

and will include a mix of local and national site work.
