Job Description

We are hiring experienced staff skilled in both sushi preparation and front-of-house service.

Responsibilities:

Sushi Preparation

Prepare sushi and sashimi to a high standard of taste and presentation Ensure freshness and proper handling of all raw ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station Monitor inventory of sushi ingredients and inform management of shortages Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Front-of-House Service

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly Provide detailed explanations of menu items when needed Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area Handle customer feedback or complaints with a service-minded attitude

General Duties

Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service team members Help with opening and closing tasks, including setting up and cleaning Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times Adapt to busy periods and multi-task between kitchen and service roles

Follow the recipes and maintain the food costs set by the company at all times. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries Start as early as 9 am or finish as late as 10pm

And have:

A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.

Additional Requirements:

Only applicants with prior experience in sushi making will be considered. We are looking for someone who is willing to work long-term. Shift schedules vary weekly, including weekdays and weekends,
so only those with flexible availability should apply.

16-17: 7.55/Hour 18-20: 10.00/Hour 21 and over: 12.21/Hour
Salary may increase depending on your completed training, job abilities, attitude at work.
