Experienced Waiter
Job Description
Sergio's is looking for an experienced and reliable waiter, who has a passion for hospitality and a flair for exceptional customer service.
You must be experienced in all aspects of front of house, including:
- Taking bookings and welcoming guests;
- Taking orders and answering questions about menus, including allergens;
- Making coffee and other hot beverages;
- Serving wine, with a basic understanding and knowledge on wines and spirits;
- Payment & cash-handling.
You must have excellent communication and customer service skills, together with a positive, confident and welcoming attitude.
Sergio's is busy and fast-paced, and therefore you must be able to think on your feet, work with speed, thrive under pressure and remain professional at all times.
Part-time or full-time position.
Training will be given on our menus and front of house processes.
