Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons enjoy a memorable dining experience through attentive service and culinary knowledge.

Hours

The expected hours for this role are 35+ though this is inline with the needs of the business so may fluctuate slightly

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction. Manage time effectively to ensure all tables are attended to promptly during busy periods. Handling both cash and card payments with efficiency and accuracy. Aiding the managers with closing procedures.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and guest service excellence. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for culinary arts is beneficial, along with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
