Looking for an experienced, talented waxing therapist to join our small team in Kensington & Chelsea.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated person who wants to be part of a small team, and has extended experience in waxing.

The Role:

Your role will include the folllowing responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, and recruit new customers on a daily basis Deal tactfully with customer concerns, maintaining a professional attitude at all time

Make follow up phone calls, bookings, mail flyers and send emails to customers, taking payment and be able to work with the booking calendars.

Keep a tidy and presentable room set up. Make sure that the linear, drawers, machines are tidy and clean. Be flexible to work weekends, Bank Holidays and late shifts.

Skills & Qualities:

NVQ Level 2 and 3 (or UK equivalent)

Skilled and confident in using both Hot wax and Strip wax (full body)

Excellent collaboration with colleagues, and the management Skilfull to deal with customer complaints and concerns. Be polite, friendly to the customers and colleagues. Arrive on time for your shift, and communicate early with your line manager in case of sickness

A valid UK work permit is Required

Part time job 2 days/wk

Salary: Between 11.50 -13.50 an hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 20,000.00 per year
