We're looking for a reliable, experienced administrator to help with the preparation of export paperwork and related documentation for our busy recycling and textile export business.
This is a steady, structured role that would suit someone who enjoys working methodically, following established processes, and ensuring every detail is correct. You'll be part of a small, friendly team that values accuracy, consistency, and getting things right.
Main duties:
Preparing export documentation (invoices, packing lists, CMRs, proof of export, etc.)
Ensuring details match shipment records and customer requirements
Checking documents for errors and compliance with customs requirements
Filing and maintaining digital and paper records
Liaising with freight forwarders and internal teams where needed
Assisting with general office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and basic admin support when required
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in export, shipping, or logistics administration
Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
Comfortable using Excel and standard office systems
Someone who prefers routine and consistency over a fast-changing workload
Discreet and professional -- not interested in pricing, commercial terms, or customer negotiations
Willing to help out where needed and keep the office running smoothly
