Job Description

Location - Corby (NN17 5JF) - Hybrid working.



Part Time - 25 hours per week, 9am-2pm, Monday-Friday.



As an Export Inventory Liaison Specialist, you will be the primary communication interface between the Emerging Markets market and the Supply Planning & Liaison teams, in resolving and supporting local customer enquiries and with the provision of relevant information that supports both Product Management goals and the local market sales & service goals.



The scope also includes support for other Intercompany Sales Organisations, which currently include India, America, Chile, Distrelec and others.


What you will be doing:




To resolve & manage local market customer enquiries relating to stock and/or order fulfilment to promise date. Required to escalate appropriately to Product Management and Service Delivery & Operations teams or the Supplier directly given commercial considerations. To develop effective business relationships and communication with key stakeholder areas. To be seamless, personal and progressive with attention on the customers experience with RS. To help drive reductions in local market backorders and improve on time fulfilment of forward/scheduled orders. Work closely with Demand planning Management to proactively support customer insight to enable more effective forecasting planning and order fulfilment. To provide effective communication to IDN & Customer Service teams around specific Supplier/Supply issues which may be impacting the customer's experience. Align to liaise with relevant Product Management and Service Delivery and Operation teams in supporting the management of quality notifications and overdue inter-company replenishment orders that are impacting local market service levels. To provide effective cover for the Export Business Delivery Manager. To actively strive for continuous improvements to support efficiencies and improve customer experience.

Supply planning/Inventory Management experience. Blue Yonder trained. SAP trained. Microsoft literate. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) Analytical and able to interpret data. Flexible approach and strong team player. Customer obsessed. Commercial and supplier experience. Able to proactively identify issues and take ownership for identifying solutions.
