About the Role
You'll manage existing export markets in Ireland, France, and Germany, while identifying new opportunities worldwide. From shaping major account plans to driving marketing strategies, you'll play a key role in strengthening our international presence.
Key Responsibilities
Grow existing export channels and develop new markets
Lead French and German Business Managers and support external agents
Oversee export marketing and ensure high-quality customer-facing materials
Monitor budgets, margins, and market trends to maximize profitability
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in horticulture or similar industry
Strong leadership and commercial acumen
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel internationally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
