About the role

Excellent administrative and IT skills are essential, as you will use our online systems to set up sessions, manage attendance, record incidents, and coordinate staff rotas. The role also includes liaising with parents and carers to ensure families feel welcome and well informed.

You will provide administrative support for the school's enrichment programme by coordinating activities, producing the termly clubs brochure, and overseeing pupil attendance at sports fixtures, music events, and performances. You will also act as the first point of contact for external clubs and work with the office team to ensure registers are accurate.

Experience of working with children or in childcare would be an advantage but is not essential, as strong administrative skills are the priority. Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to train) is required.
