The Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable

Exterior & Window Cleaning Operative

to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving a range of services, including

pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and high-level cleaning

.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

window cleaning

and exterior cleaning on commercial and industrial sites Operate pressure washers, water-fed poles, and other specialist cleaning equipment Work at heights using access equipment (e.g., MEWPs, ladders, scaffolding) Occasionally work away from home (overnight stays may be required) Be available for

occasional night shifts

enhanced overtime rates

) Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism on all jobs

Requirements

Must be over 21

(for insurance purposes)

Full UK driving licence

required
? Comfortable working

at heights

(training provided where needed)
? Willing to travel and stay away from home when required
? Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
? Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Experience in exterior or window cleaning is desirable but not essential

- full training will be provided.

What We Offer

Full-time role (40 hours per week, plus optional overtime) Occasional night shifts and travel away from home required

Hourly Rate: 13 - 15 + overtime rates for night work
