We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented External Sales Engineer.

Our services include hydraulic, mechanical and electrical design and manufacturing, equipment refurbishment, and specialised on-site services.

Through our appointed distributorships, we supply the latest products to our clients, ensuring cutting-edge solutions. Additionally, our extensive rental fleet enhances our service capabilities, enabling us to deliver a complete and integrated package to the market.

Position is based at the Port of Blyth in our new facility.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery Present technical solutions for hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems Supervise daily sales operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Oversee administrative tasks related to sales reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in hydraulic, mechanical & electrical systems within the energy and/or marine subsea sectors Strong technical understanding of offshore equipment and systems Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable insights for strategic planning. A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve results in a competitive environment. Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally Europe Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
