We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven to join our dynamic team in the packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in packaging solutions such as corrugated boxes, thermal logistics packaging, pallet stability or custom packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging sector within assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client packaging needs and propose tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and execution of customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts in alignment with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and customer interactions in CRM system.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in packaging.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer networking functions to represent the company and build brand presence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B field sales, ideally within the packaging industry or a related sector (manufacturing, thermal packaging).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical knowledge of packaging materials and production processes.
Existing network of contacts within the packaging or manufacturing industries.
