External Works Technician - Roofing



Roofer



37 hours per week, based in Preston



34,286.89 per annum (17.77 per hour)



What will you be doing in this role?




You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties. We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won't have to travel far. You'll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.


Were looking for experienced roofers, if you have additional skills in other trade areas, it would be an advantage but not essential.





What we are looking for in you




We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do.

The main things:



You'll have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in roofing You'll have excellent knowledge of relevant health and safety You'll have excellent knowledge of roofing repairs and maintenance You'll have good IT skills to take job information off a mobile device You'll have a full manual driving licence You'll have excellent communication skills combined with a flexible 'can do' attitude
