About the Role

Care Choice North West are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Eldervale Extra Care. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care, making a real difference to the lives of our residents within a safe, warm, and supportive environment.

You will assist individuals to live independently with dignity and respect, whilst ensuring all care provided meets our high standards and CQC requirements.

Pay

12.60 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medication in line with care plans and policies Provide personal care, including support with bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with moving and handling safely Support residents with daily routines and independence goals Offer companionship and emotional support Provide community support when required Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Shift Patterns Available

We are currently recruiting for

two fixed shift pattern options

:

Pattern 1

Week 1:

Monday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Friday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Saturday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Sunday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm

Week 2:

Tuesday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Wednesday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm

Pattern 2

Week 1:

Tuesday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Wednesday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm

Week 2:

Monday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Friday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Saturday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Sunday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
