Job Description

Set up as Independent Living facilities, our Extra Care unit 'Spires' based in Tenterden, provides a safe and caring living environment for the residents, leaving them free to come and go as they please. Our staff are on hand to support them with their daily living requirements.

We are now looking to expand our team, seeking committed and compassionate care staff to cover our night shifts on a part-time basis (30 hpw) with working hours of

9pm-7am

. You will work on a rota basis, with alternate weekends essential.

Experience is not essential and full training is paid for.

A driving license and vehicle may be required, depending on location of residence.

The role itself is varied, including responsibilities of:

Assistance with all personal care needs - washing/dressing/toileting Medication Support Meal Preparation Light Domestic duties/shopping when required Social and Emotional Support - to include Community outings Any additional tasks as needed
