Plastic Extrusion Operator / Setter

48 hours/week over 4 days (Day Shift: 7am-7pm / Night Shift: 7pm-7am)

serving the

Building and Construction industries

, and we're currently seeking an

experienced Plastic Extrusion Operator/Setter

to join our team at our

Droitwich facility

.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and maintain plastic extrusion lines Operate extrusion machinery (experience in plastics/packaging industry essential) Perform tool changes and machine parameter adjustments as required Conduct basic maintenance of machinery Complete quality checks in line with company standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Follow setting sheets and ensure efficient machine operation

Requirements:

Proven experience

in plastic extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of

polymers

and extrusion/moulding processes Ability to

identify and troubleshoot moulding issues

Capable of working independently and taking initiative

Reliable and punctual

with a strong work ethic A valid

driving licence

or reliable means of transport is essential

Training:

While experience is essential,

full training will be provided

to help you get up to speed with our specific processes and standards.
