Job Description

An enthusiastic individual is required to join a Worthing based energetic family run, rubber gasket & seal manufacturing company in the extrusion department. Primary roles involve setting up and running silicone rubber extrusions. Attention to detail, understanding technical drawings and confidence with measurements are important. Full training will be given on the job. As a small company, the successful candidate would also have the opportunity to get involved in (with training) many different areas of the production process and be rewarded with a twice a year profit related bonus. Hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Wednesday, 7.30am - 5.00pm Thursday and 7.30am - 1.00pm Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
