Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. Provide deep tissue massages as needed, enhancing the overall client experience. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist in social media management by creating engaging content to promote services. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace to meet health and safety standards. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client's experience. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest services. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of daily activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk operations within a beauty or wellness environment is preferred. Knowledge of deep tissue massage techniques is an advantage. Familiarity with makeup application techniques is beneficial. Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is desirable. Proficient in social media management for promotional purposes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining client relationships.
