We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and passionate Lash Artist to join our beauty team at Beauty Box Penarth. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding client service. We would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Apply classic, hybrid and volume eyelash extensions Conduct lash fills, removals, and aftercare consultations Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in compliance with health regulations Educate clients on lash aftercare to ensure retention and lash health Build and maintain strong client relationships Recommend other services and products where appropriate Keep up with trends and new techniques in lash artistry
Requirements:

Certified Lash Technician (Classic, Volume, or higher) Minimum 2/3 years of hands-on experience Passion for the beauty industry and delivering high-quality results Excellent attention to detail and steady hand Strong communication and customer service skills Punctual, reliable, and professional appearance Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
