Duties

Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring customised looks tailored to each client's preferences Deliver complementary beauty treatments such as makeup application and deep tissue massage when required Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, guest check-in, and providing friendly customer service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards Upsell additional services and products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to enquiries, and promoting special offers or events Assist with management tasks such as stock control and maintaining client records Provide excellent guest services by creating a relaxing atmosphere and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit

Skills

Proven experience in eyelash extensions Excellent communication skills to engage with clients confidently and professionally Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable manner Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently, including appointment scheduling and guest interactions Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure a welcoming environment for all clients Upselling skills combined with a keen eye for detail to recommend suitable products or additional treatments Additional skills such as brows or lash lift but not essential
