Our company are looking for a self employed lash tech We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our team at a prestigious beauty salon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and possess expertise in eyelash extensions and related services.

Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality eyelash extensions applying various techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to clients
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain accurate client records
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup application for enhancing eyelash treatments
- Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients
- Assist with front desk duties when needed

Qualifications

- Proficient in eyelash extensions, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Previous experience in barbering, deep tissue massage, or related fields is advantageous
- Ability to upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
- Knowledge of managing salon appointments and maintaining client satisfaction levels
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion

Pay: 13.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
