require a motivated, dedicated, friendly and professional
EYFS KS1 Teaching Assistant
who can work effectively across predominantly the EYFS and KS1 classes. The role would be centred around supporting some of our SEND pupils inside and outside of the classroom in our bespoke provision 'The Nest'. You would need to be able to build positive relationships and promote inclusion, with an understanding of child development and learning, particularly for pupils with SEND.
We are looking for an EYFS KS1 Teaching Assistant who:
can follow plans and work on own initiative
is capable of taking responsibility for small groups
can communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing
is able to support a range of abilities including pupils with SEND
can work both with a small group and on a one-to-one basis with pupils
can contribute to assessments
is able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
is able to maintain confidentiality
is confident in supporting good behaviour management skills
has a desire to participate in school and trust CPD opportunities
has an awareness of Safeguarding.

Qualifications:
