Learning Support Assistant - Early Years provision



OCL/NJC Scale Point 04 (Bristol Grade 5) + Local Government Pension Scheme



Salary 25,185 - 26,824 FTE, actual salary 19,028 - 20,266



32.5 hours per week, Term time only including INSET Days


An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oasis Academy Long Cross for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our dedicated team working with our early years team.


The successful candidate will be working within a committed team to ensure that all the children are given the best opportunities to play and learn during their time at the Academy and will be working closely with the children's parents and carers.



We are looking for someone who has:


Experience and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage High expectations for achievement and behaviour The energy and creativity to inspire and motivate children A positive and forward thinking outlook The ability to work as part of a team and individually
Visits with Emma Bamford or Georgie Fitz-Gerald, our EYFS Leads, are warmly welcomed. Please call the Academy on to make an appointment. All positions are subject to satisfactory references and a full DBS certificate.
