The role:
As our quality assurance practitioner you will help the team to maintain and exceed the highest standards of care and education whilst ensuring compliance with nursery policies, risk assessments and the EYFS Statutory Framework.
You will do this by spending time in the rooms, motivating the team to work together, role modelling and inspiring practitioners to deliver the best practice. Mentoring employees by offering guidance to support their development and encourage them achieve their career aspirations and goals. You will implement regular reviews analysing children's progress to ensure practitioners are confidently tailoring learning experiences to meet the individual needs of children.
You will be required to contribute towards termly and annual staff reviews, assisting and supporting the nursery management who are responsible for the effective daily management of the nursery.
You may be required to cover the management in their absense as and when necessary.
About you:
Candidates are required to have experience with managing an early years team and have exceptional knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and The Education Inspection Framework.
You must be confident, able to communicate effectively and have exceptional organisational skills.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about helping children to thrive and supporting staff development.
An enhanced DBS is required (we can obtain for you)
A full and relevant Early Years Qualification with a minimum of three years working within an early years setting if mandatory.
Satisfactory references are required prior to offer of employment.
