We are seeking a caring and dedicated
Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant
to join aspecialist provision within a mainstream primary school in the L30 area of Liverpool
.Role details:
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pmContract:
Full-time, long-term positionRequirements:
Experience supporting children in Early Years +relevant Level 2 qualification
Your role will involve:
Supporting children in the
Early Years department
, including those with additional needs. Delivering high-quality care and learning support tailored to each child's development. Assisting withplay-based activities, routines and transitions
throughout the school day Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to ensure every child can access learning Promoting positive behaviour, communication and independence skills Supporting withphonics, early literacy and numeracy
in engaging and creative waysWe're looking for someone who is:
Nurturing, patient and enthusiastic. Knowledgeable in EYFS practices and confident in supporting young children's learning. A true team player, able to work collaboratively with staff and families.
