The Governors Beamont Primary School are looking to appoint an effective and highly motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking staff, based in EYFS. The appointed person will primarily work in EYFS but may be asked to work in any year group throughout the school. This is a fixed term contract working 37 hours per week, term time only, plus inset days.

We are looking for someone who:

Can work collaboratively with other staff in the team in planning, development, delivery and evaluation of the effectiveness of the curriculum for the children. Can contribute to observations and assessments of children's learning. Can adjust activities according to pupil learning styles and individual needs. Can communicate effectively with children, parents and other staff. Can develop positive relationships with children and staff to assist the progress and attainment of children. Has a positive approach to managing children's behaviour. Is familiar with practice in EYFS.
