Supporting pupils in Reception or KS1 classrooms Helping children settle into routines and engage with learning Assisting with phonics, literacy, and play-based learning Working 1:1 or in small groups, under teacher direction

Experience in nursery, early years or childcare settings A patient, gentle and encouraging manner A genuine interest in supporting children in schools Availability to work 5 days a week during term time
