Building Transformation are a niche external building fabric access and maintenance company based in Bedford, working predominantly in the Southeast. We are looking for a commercially minded

Facades Contract Manager

with experience in RAMs, safety management and programme management.



You will support the delivery of facade and roofing projects from pre-start through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced professional to play a key role in a fast-growing, ambitious company.



This is a hands-on role with responsibility for project planning, client liaison, health & safety compliance, programme management and the leadership of site teams. You will play a key role in driving quality, safety, communication and performance across multiple live projects.

Your Role at a Glance:

Managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from surveys and pre-planning to completion Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality delivery Liaising with clients, attending site meetings and providing regular progress updates Reviewing RAMS, programmes and project documentation Monitoring performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions Supporting operational planning, resourcing and procurement Ensuring compliance with H&S standards and CDM responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

Experienced in managing construction or facade-related projects Confident leading site teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach Technically competent, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications Committed to high standards of safety, quality and customer service
