We are looking for a skilled and proactive Fabric Engineer to join our team at the Weybridge site.
In this role, you will carry out a range of building services engineering maintenance tasks, with a focus on carpentry, general fabric repairs, and basic plumbing.
Responsibilities include both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring that all work is delivered to a high standard and in line with health and safety procedures.
The emphasis of this role is on delivering a world-class building maintenance service that supports a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment for our client.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out fabric-related PPM, reactive and proactive works to meet customer expectations
Support with a range of building maintenance tasks including plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry
Ensure equipment and surrounding areas meet required performance and company standards
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with H&S regulations including risk assessments and COSHH
Provide a professional service and act as a positive company representative
Take a proactive approach to client communication and issue resolution
Identify and suggest service improvements and innovations
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
NVQ/City & Guilds in carpentry or relevant trade, or time-served with strong multi-trade experience
Fire door licence preferred (training can be provided)
Experience in reactive and planned building maintenance (e.g. carpentry, painting, minor repairs)
Familiar with H&S procedures including risk assessments and method statements
Comfortable using PDA devices and undertaking manual handling tasks
Full UK driving licence required
IPAF/PASMA beneficial (training provided)
