We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Fabricators to join our team. You will be responsible for manufacturing uPVC windows, doors, and associated products. Ideal candidates will have hands-on fabrication experience along with a desire to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all health and safety guidelines in the production area.
Maintain a strong commitment to quality throughout the fabrication process.
Cut, assemble, and weld uPVC profiles to manufacture windows, doors, and related products according to technical drawings and specifications.
Operate production equipment such as saws, welders, drills, corner cleaners, & CNC equipment.
Install glass, hardware, seals, and accessories to precise standards.
Inspect products throughout production to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Identify and correct defects or errors in fabrication.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
Experience within a manufacturing environment (uPVC fabrication preferred).
Proficiency with hand tools, fabrication machinery, and welding equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Physical fitness and ability to lift materials safely.
Desirable:
Experience with CNC machinery or automated tools.
Knowledge of uPVC window and door systems.
Skills and Attributes
Physically fit, flexible, and hardworking.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
