We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled
Fabricator
to join our
window and door manufacturing team
based in Wareham. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative team environment, where each team member plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of windows and doors
Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively
Carry out a variety of fabrication tasks to meet production schedules
Inspect finished products to ensure the highest standards of quality and finish
Follow works order instructions
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem-solving
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing is preferred, but not essential -
full training can be provided
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Full time position:
41 hours per week
Monday - Thursday 7.00am to 4.30pm & Friday 7am to 12 midday
28 days paid holiday which includes bank holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 22,386.00-26,031.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Work Location: In person
