London, nationwide site travel with occasional staying away

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Facade Access Consultant to join an established and growing building engineering consultancy, where you will be exposed to projects across a number of sectors all while benefiting from excellent training opportunities and a clear progression route to Principal Consultant.

This established and expanding building engineering consultancy operates across the country, offering expert services in a range of disciplines. These include Facade Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Fire Engineering, and Access Solutions, among others. They work across multiple sectors, including Residential, Commercial, and Public, serving a diverse range of clients. The company is in a strong period of growth, having expanded through acquisitions in recent years, and is now looking to continue this growth with this excellent opportunity.
In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities where your time will be split between the office, home and sites across the UK. You will be responsible for attending meetings with clients, contractors and subcontractors where you will help deliver design reports and specification for new build developments. As well as that you will be producing technical audits of facade access tenders and advising where necessary. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be visiting to site to monitor current facade access equipment as well as reviewing new equipment in a factory setting.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with previous experience working with access equipment in the construction industry, who also has great communication skills to maintain and build new relationships with potential clients.
