Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Utilise CRM to track sales performance, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
Analyse sales data to inform decision-making and optimise sales processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness for senior management.
Skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing sales activities and customer interactions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record in sales training with a focus on achieving targets.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
