Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Facial & Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while delivering a range of therapeutic massage treatments. You will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients, ensuring they leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Strong communication skills are essential for understanding client needs and providing tailored treatments.

Responsibilities

Perform various types of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, pregnancy and sports massage. Dermalogica Facial Skin Care facials - training can be provided. Assess clients' needs and preferences through effective communication to create personalised treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to promote holistic health practices. Maintain accurate client records in accordance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications

Valid skin and body therapy certification from an accredited institution. Proven experience as a Therapist is required a minimum of 2 years salon experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of makeup application is a plus but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning within the field.
