Position

: Facilitator we are seeking a compassionate, seasoned professional with an innate ability to foster relationships. Our clients hail from diverse backgrounds, making it crucial for the role to decipher and cater to their unique needs. The role involves both one-to-one and group interactions across various settings, including clients' homes, communities, and residential environments. Collaboration with external support networks and neighbouring councils is also essential.

Facilitator 1

Position Overview:



The Facilitator 1 role is designed for individuals who have experience of delivering or working with young people on a 1-2-1. They will have experience of working with young people in a coaching, care or education setting.

Key responsibilities



Craft and deliver tailored training sessions, leveraging diverse teaching strategies to captivate and empower learners.

Design innovative lesson plans, incorporating a range of teaching styles and activities.

Guide learners throughout their journey towards achieving their milestones or desired outcomes.

Engage proactively in community outreach.

Establish stimulating learning environments.

Conduct regular well-being checks and provide detailed monthly reports on learner progress.

Collaborate efficiently with the broader support network to achieve the best outcomes.

Identify and promote progression opportunities.

Address and support learners' mental health and well-being.

Deliver educational experiences across various settings: classrooms, community venues, and residential environments.

Progress students through the delivery of qualifications

Have a understanding of curriculum offered by HIT Education

Register learners and match students to each qualification


Qualifications and Experience:



Essential - Level 3 - Education and Training/ Advice and Guidance - working towards.

Experience of working within a Care, Education or Training setting - Minimum of 2 years

Delivered Qualifications and successful submitted work

Proven track record of success

Facilitator 2

- Advanced delivery, customisation, and mentorship responsibilities, for 1-2-1 and group -

29,000 to 32,500 ( Entry Level for any experienced delivery staff working within an Education or Training setting)



Salary justification on experience, performance and progression within the role



Achieve all responsibilities within Facilitator 1



Qualifications and Experience:



Experience of working within an Education or Training setting - Minimum of 2 years

PGCE

Advice and Guidance - Level 4 ( Working towards, or similar relevant qualification)

Competent in the delivery role and effectively managed own students and time-table.

Responsible for group delivery

Develops own resources and extends the HIT Education Curriculum and supports students with work experience.

Develops links with outside agencies

Proven track record of progression students through qualifications

Proven Track record of positive progression into further education, training or employment

Ability to work with more challenging students and successfully adapt the provision to meet their needs.

Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Support Workers, Tutors, Youth Workers, and Teachers who have experience in managing challenging behaviours and supporting the mental health of young people. This role is critical in our mission to empower children and young adults within the Inclusion and Social Services sectors, offering them bespoke educational programmes tailored to their unique needs.

A background in health and social care or relevant qualifications would be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work across multiple settings.
