Could you be what we're looking for?




We're on the lookout for someone who has experience not only in facilities management including pro-active & pre-planned maintenance including compliance internally & externally. You will also need to have experience in on boarding a new ticketing system and has experience across multiple channels. You'll work closely with the maintenance team & venues and support them in all facility duties assisting in the smooth running of the existing estate ensuring our guests have an enjoyable & amazing visit to the venues.


This is an exciting role which will involve primarily working from home with occasional travel.

The Role



Assist in the onboarding of the "new ticketing system". Managing the daily existing ticketing system within timeframes & budgets. Managing the pro-active & pre-planned maintenance including compliance internally/externally. Maintaining schedules of activity and diarise. Proactively engage in facility duties in demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem solving. Collaborating with team members assisting in the smooth running of the venues. Assist in the organising and maintaining of the filing system (via Teams). Attending meetings (mainly via Teams) to support in the flow of facility information. Be responsible for tendering of quotations of new equipment for existing venues. Managing the purchase order procedure (PO) and payments to key suppliers. Organise orders and deliveries within key timelines. Ability to issue weekly summary reports. Update relevant communication platforms.

Key



Competent in existing facility ticketing systems. Competent in word, excel & power point. A good understanding of report editing and filing. Be super organised and task driven. Have a knowledge of Monday.com/Teams. Competent in Outlook e-mails. Ability to schedule and diarise. Awesome communicator.
