We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our team!


As a Facilities Administrator at Sopra Steria, you'll be a part of a small and friendly facilities team within an office that has a family feel. You'll welcome visitors to the office and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace environment for our employees. You'll be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.


The role is part time, and initially 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility to become permanent. Working hours are Wednesday 12.30 - 17.30, Thursday 08.00 - 17.30 and Friday 08.00 - 17.30 based in our Edinburgh office.


What you'll be doing:




As the first point of contact, you'll welcome and sign in visitors. Supervise stock levels for kitchen and office supplies. Book courier collections for IT equipment and taking in deliveries. Carry out Health & Safety checks across the office. Arrange catering and setting up meeting rooms for events. Produce and maintain ID cards. (Full training will be provided). General administration duties.

What you'll bring:




Strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a customer facing role. Ability to organise your day and task effectively. Able to lead your own workload and work independently. Confident with using Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook and Word amongst others. Administration or Reception experience.
