Evolve Energy is on the lookout for a highly organised and pro-active Facilities Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Facilities Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Evolve team and will contribute to a positive work environment.

Your main duties will include:



Managing the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment Greeting guests, ensuring all are met with an Evolve welcome Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Support organisation and facilitation of onsite meetings and events including meeting room setups and ordering and collection of lunches Organising meeting room diaries and responding to calendar requests General administrative support, including daily invoicing Ensure the office is a welcoming, efficient and organised workplace

You love helping others and are a natural at building relationships Proven experience in an administrative or a facilities role Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently
