Facilities Administrator
13.00 - 13.50 phr (Permanent Salary - 25,000 per annum)
Monday - Friday - Fully Office Based
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new role?
Do you have experience working in a fast paced environment?
We are working exclusively with our client based in Gravesend to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis, they are looking for an immediate starter who can hit the ground running as a Facilities Administrator.
Key Duties:
- Manage all Facilities Administration
- Manage contractors ensuring they are readily compliant
- Obtain quotes for essential repairs
- Schedule works
- Invoice Processing
- Processing job requests and arranging repairs and engineer attendance
Please note: Due to the location of the role you must have access to your own transport
