About the role

The post holder will be a member of the Department's Professional Services team and will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Facilities and Safety service, supporting the departments day to day operational needs. The post holder will undertake a wide range of tasks and will be expected to work independently under the supervision of the Facilities Manager & Departmental Safety Officer (DSO). The post holder will be responsible for supporting and advising staff and students on a variety of facilities and operational matters. The post holder will be expected to liaise with UCL Estates in order to coordinate any maintenance issues and service requests required for the department. About you

The post holder will be a member of the Department's Professional Services team and will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Facilities and Safety service, supporting the department's day-to-day operational needs. The post holder will undertake a wide range of tasks and will be expected to work independently under the supervision of the Facilities Manager & Departmental Safety Officer (DSO). He/she will work closely with other members of the professional services team in providing administrative assistance to the department. The post holder will be responsible for supporting and advising staff and students on a variety of facilities services and health and safety matters.
