We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our Group Facilities team--supporting over 40 locations and 150+ buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, helping ensure our spaces are safe, compliant, and well-managed.
? What you'll be doing
- Coordinating planned maintenance and soft services (cleaning, security, remedials).
- Managing compliance documentation and supporting audits.
- Administering our CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
- Liaising with Facilities Managers, contractors, and stakeholders across the business.
- Reviewing paperwork and raising purchase orders to ensure health & safety standards are met.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and excellent record-keeping.
- Organised, professional, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in facilities or planned maintenance is a plus.
- Be part of a central team that supports strategic growth and operational excellence.
- Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and variety.
- Help shape a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace for our teams and customers.
