? Facilities Administrator
? Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and ready to play a key role in keeping our estate running smoothly across the UK and Europe?
We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our Group Facilities team-supporting over 40 locations and 150+ buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, helping ensure our spaces are safe, compliant, and well-managed.
? What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating planned maintenance and soft services (cleaning, security, remedials).
  • Managing compliance documentation and supporting audits.
  • Administering our CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
  • Liaising with Facilities Managers, contractors, and stakeholders across the business.
  • Reviewing paperwork and raising purchase orders to ensure health & safety standards are met.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and excellent record-keeping.
  • Organised, professional, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in facilities or planned maintenance is a plus.
