Position Title: Facilities Advisor
Location: Manchester, hybrid - minumum 2 days a week in our Spinningfields office
Role Purpose
As a Facilities Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our global office environments. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, Europe, you will be responsible for coordinating facility services, office maintenance, vendor management, and space planning across multiple international sites.
Operating within a fast-paced, high-security environment, you will ensure that all locations are safe, efficient, and aligned with company policies, security protocols, and regulatory standards. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams such as IT, Security, HR, and Legal to support business continuity, optimise workplace experience, and maintain physical infrastructure that supports a distributed and security-conscious workforce.
This is an ideal role for a proactive, detail-oriented Advisor with a passion for operational excellence, a strong understanding of workplace compliance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones.
