Facilities Assistant

to be part of our integral team at

ECNI, Belfast BT7 1DQ

+ Hourly rate of 10.92 + Full time - 40 hours a week
+ Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm -

What you'll be doing

Inspecting office and meeting rooms daily to ensure they are ready for next working day Setting up rooms for meetings and rearranging furniture Greeting at reception and being first point of call for our clients Interacting with clients and serving food and drinks Use of client systems Daily cleaning duties General porter duties

Experience

--------------

Ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner Good interpersonal and organisation skills Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team The ability to communicate effectively, both over the telephone and face to face Cleaning Experience Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
