We are searching for an experienced Facilities Assistant (Post & Print room)

We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our facilities team in our London office at RSM. In this role you will be responsible for the post and print room and will act as the first point of contact for all production print requests, ensuring all jobs are completed to the high standard expected of RSM, in accordance with any time constraints set out by the requestor. You will also be responsible for assisting with post room duties and ensuring that all aspects of the post room function run smoothly, as well as providing support in an appropriate and professional manner.
This role is based on site 5 days per week in our London office and working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
You'll make an impact by:

  • Actioning all print jobs from across our national portfolio in a timely manner and quality checking all materials produced
  • Opening, sorting and assisting with the delivery of post in accordance with delivery schedules for each floor
  • Booking, recording and tracking all outgoing mail in line with PPI procedures
  • Proactively dealing with any difficult deliveries with unfamiliar addressees by searching the in-house systems i.e. PASO and outlook
  • Receiving and recording all incoming faxes / couriers and deliver to addressee
What we are looking for:

  • Previous post and print experience
  • Knowledge of PPI and other Royal Mail services
  • Excellent communication skills, with confident manner
  • Strong team player - willing to support colleagues within the department
  • Good understanding of Microsoft computer programs i.e. Word, Outlook
