We are delighted to be assisting a brilliant Yorkshire based firm in their search for a Facilities Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-stablished firm and grow an exceptional career.
The role would suit a positive and proactive individual who ideally holds a background within facilities and is looking to take on a new challenge. Having excellent attention to detail is a must as well as having a strong Microsoft Office background. Being organised will see you thrive along with being able to plan and prioritize your workload.
The duties will include:

  • Providing maintenance to the building, such as desk moves etc.
  • Monitoring the helpdesk inbox.
  • Dealing with AV checks for meeting rooms.
  • To liaise with contractors and external bodies regarding the building.
  • Providing assisting when need to the Client Services team.
