The incoming Chief Executive Officer will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, rebuilding investor confidence, and delivering the Group's ambition to reach 100m in annual revenue.

• Define and execute the company's strategic vision and growth agenda
• Lead operational transformation and build scalable systems across business units
• Strengthen investor relations and external engagement across the industry
• Drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and margin improvement
• Champion innovation, digital transformation, and ESG initiatives
• Foster a high-performance culture and develop leadership capability across the organisation

About You
We are seeking a commercially astute and inspirational leader with:

• Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive with full P&L responsibility
• Strong track record in strategic growth, governance, and operational excellence
• Deep understanding of the UK and global media production ecosystem
• Experience in investor relations and capital markets
• Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with strong stakeholder engagement
• Experience in listed environments, capital-intensive or logistics-driven businesses is desirable
