Facilities by ADF plc is the UK's leading provider of premium serviced production facilities and logistics to the film and high-end television (HETV) industry. With a turnover of c.35m, the company services many of the world's leading production brands including Disney+, AppleTV, Netflix and HBO. With recent strategic acquisitions and a leading institutional investor base, ADF is entering an exciting new phase of growth and diversification.
ADF are now seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role, partnering with the new CEO to shape and execute the financial strategy, drive profitability, and support the Group's ambition to reach 100m in revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and investor relations
- Drive margin improvement and operational efficiency
- Oversee M&A activity and integration of acquisitions
- Ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Proven CFO or senior finance leader experience in a listed business
- Strong technical grounding and commercial acumen
- Experience in M&A, investor relations, and financial transformation
- Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with excellent stakeholder management
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
