Position Summary:
The Airbnb Cleaner ensures each property is cleaned, staged, and guest-ready according to company standards and host expectations. This role requires speed, precision, and consistent attention to detail. Turnovers often operate on tight timelines, so reliability and efficient execution are non-negotiable. 10:00 check outs and next guests are in by 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full turnover cleans between guest stays, including:
Stripping and changing all bedding
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, and high-touch surfaces
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
Restock and stage supplies (amenities, toiletries, linens, consumables) to brand standards.
Identify and report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately.
Verify that the property meets all checklist standards before submitting completion photos.
Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, carts, closets, and supply inventory.
Follow safety, sanitation, and confidentiality procedures at all times.
Adhere to strict check-in/check-out deadlines to ensure on-time turnovers.
Experience:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
