You will ensure that all cleaning teams operate efficiently, clients' expectations are met (and exceeded), and that all sites are maintained to the highest standards. The Cleaning Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, auditing, and continuous improvement of cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and manage cleaning staff, ensuring high morale, good performance, and professional standards.
Develop, implement and optimise cleaning schedules, rota systems, and workflow across all sites.
Conduct frequent quality inspections and site audits; ensure corrective actions are taken for any issues.
Experience:
Minimum
4-5 years' experience
in a cleaning management role, ideally with multiple sites.
Strong leadership skills with experience of managing & motivating teams.
Excellent understanding of health & safety law as it relates to cleaning and facilities management.
Experience in contract cleaning, facilities management or with public/institutional clients.
Health & safety qualifications or certificates.
